ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Vintage/Antique Christmas Postcard featuring a nativity scene with Joseph and Mary looking over the newly born Jesus in a manger. The card is decorated with a gold trim and glossy finish. This postcard is posted and has a cancellation stamp from EAST JORDAN, OHIO dated 1909 (East Jordan is only partially legible from the cancellation stamp, but it is included in the letter written on the back of the card).CONDITION:

Vintage/Antique postcards can show normal signs of wear commensurate with their age including corner/edge wear, surface marks, scratches, fading, yellowing of paper, crackling, missing pieces, holes, dents, stains, curling, creases, writing on the back and/or front of the card, postage cancellations, postage stamps, glue/tape residue, etc.
I try to describe any defects that exceed the normal wear for these vintage/antique postcards.
This postcard has some corner wear, including a missing chunk from the bottom/right corner. There are also some white surface marks on the front where the glossy finish and print is missing (most notably on the head of Jesus, head of Mary, and beard of Joseph).
