ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Vintage/Antique Christmas Postcard featuring Santa Claus wearing a red suit watching over two boys sleeping in bed. There is a bag of toys on the floor and two stocking hanging from above a fireplace in the background. This postcard is posted and has a cancellation stamp from YPSILANTI, MICHIGAN with the date looking to be either 1923 or 1928.CONDITION:

Vintage/Antique postcards can show normal signs of wear commensurate with their age including corner/edge wear, surface marks, scratches, fading, yellowing of paper, crackling, missing pieces, holes, dents, stains, curling, creases, writing on the back and/or front of the card, postage cancellations, postage stamps, glue/tape residue, etc.
I try to describe any defects that exceed the normal wear for these vintage/antique postcards.
There is a major surface blemish on the front of the card. It looks like something was glued to the card and then removed, leaving the glue residue behind as well as a lot of missing surface starting at the bottom/middle edge of the card and going up just past Santa\'s left hand. There is also some surface view the scans above of the front and the back of the postcard to judge condition and feel free to message me with questions***
