Fritz Kreisler was, and is, considered amongst the best violinists of the century, if not the best. This rare concert program was from a most prestigious performance with the King and Queen in attendance as benefactors of Londons\' East End Hospital, as well as their son, the Prince Henry, also in attendance.
At some point that evening the owner of this program was able to get the great Fritz Kreisler to sign his picture in the program.The program itself is a very rare object. Fritz Kreisler\'s signature makes it a rather precious object for classical music as well as royalty collectors.This program was purchased at sale within the last decade by a collector and author of books on European royalty.Contact us with any more questions you may have.
