This 100% natural clear quartz cluster is from The Twin Creek Crystal Mine in Mt. Ida, Arkansas!
This specimen is comprised of dozens of elongated, water clear quartz points of varying sizes on a matrix of grey sandstone. The individual crystals measure from a few millimeters to about 2.5 inches in length, and some of them are double terminated. The crystals are thin and elegant which give the specimen very unique aesthetics. There is also a section comprised of tiny druzy quartz crystals which offer a fascinating contrast to the larger crystals. The bottom and edges of this specimen features intricate "healed" growth patterns. This is a high grade specimen, nearly all terminations are sharp and intact and this specimen is virtually free of damage.
Mined by hand during the late winter of 2022.
