This sale is for the slice you see in the photo. This is Alamo Impact Breccia from Nevada. It is a nice slice that still needs to be polished.I bought the rest of the Greg Hupe Collection from his house in Florida and drove a SUV loaded with meteorites, impact material, and fossils back to my house in Arizona.
The Alamo bolide impact occurred about 367 million years ago. One or more hypervelocity objects from space slammed into the shallow marine waters at a site that is now called the Devonian Guilmette Formation of the Worthington Mountains and Schell Creek Range of southeastern Nevada.

I will combine the cost of shipping for all the items you win during a 2 week period that are paid for in a single transaction. Please note.
