World War I postcard album contains 320 cards.

Album is tattered, cards are good condition.

This Album has a very faint note attached to inside front cover. It is hard to read but i can see it was Presented to Claude M Phillips(?) Or Mac Phillips. There is a few cards with Dr W M Phillips on the back of a person in gas mask. May say something about him being a Doctor in US Army. I could be wrong and will leave that up to the buyer to decipher.

The various post cards are mixed with souvenir, real photo, litho etc.

The backs vary. some are

Carte Postale, Verlander von Hoursch & Bechstedt, koln, Postkarte, some blank backs. Some backs divide line and address lines are faded.

A few have creases and dog earred.

Some of the topics are:

Deceased soldiers, Romanian Gypsies, Firing Squad, Buildings(prewar and destroyed), Statutes, kaiser humor, cities, trolley, bridges, red cross, churches, hospital, cars, view of Germany camp from airplane at 5300ft, crashed German plane, artillery, Russian prisoners, cooks and kitchen police, French children being fed by Germans, cemetery, and so much more.
