This is a beautiful Shrine Tassel Holder that is a solid piece, not loose where each row dangles. It features four rows of clear faceted rhinestones. It is finished in a polished silver tone and has 2 military style clutch back pins on the back. These are brand new. It measures approx 1.5 inches across, from point to point or almost 2 inches when you roll it around the curve. Will ship in a nice gift box. I am entering many more brand new beautifully designed Tassel Holders that are all very nicely constructed. DO NOT USE THE PINS ON THE BADGE TO POKE THE HOLES IN THE ITEM YOU ARE ATTACHING IT TO.
