This is a beautiful single row of clear faceted rhinestones for a Shrine Unit Tassel Holder . Finished in a polished gold tone, is lined with brilliant sparkling clear faceted rhinestones. Has 2 military style brass clutch back pins. These are brand new. It measures 3 inches across, from point to point. Will ship in a nice gift box.
