This is a beautiful Fez Shaped Tassel Holder. Finished in a polished silver tone, is lined with brilliant sparkling faceted rhinestones. Has an Egyptian head at the top. Has 2 military style brass clutch back pins. These are brand new. It measures 1.5 inches tall. Will ship in a nice gift box.
