I'm offering over 2,900 photographs / files of Ordnance and Quartermaster Departments blueprint drawings from the collection the the US Army Quartermaster Museum. 9.16 Gigabites all on one huge Memory Stick. These are not something that I went on the internet and downloaded. Some one travelled to Fort Lee and personally photographed all the small sheet drawings in their collection. Drawings date from the late 1910s to about 1956 with the majority dated to WWII. These are the drawings for ordnance type items that the US Quartermaster made or purchased. Topics range from Webgear, Horse Equipment, Insignia, Kitchen and Field Ovens, Bake Trailers, Tents and Tool Kits. Each photo was cropped, cleaned up and orginized into folders. They photographed everything in the small print collection. These drawings were printed some years ago from microfilm. There were printed on 18" x 24" paper and placed in binders. About 10% of the drawings are doubles since there were doubles in the collection. That said, there is lots and lots of information here. There is lots that I'm sure you have never seen before.I have been amazed at some of the items that are shown in these drawings, items I have never seen before. There is lots of the most random and boring items as well as incredible items that will truely fascinate you and leaving you wondering where you can buy an original from! The marksman award from the 1920s for the BAR is my personal favorite.
I purchased this information from a seller in the US, but as he will no ship to the UK in any sensible means, charging over £30 for three CD's I decided I would make them affordable to people in the UK. The memory sticks cost me about £5 each as they are 16GB giving you a nice usuable memory!The rest of the money that I charge for all goes into the project to return dog-tag to veterans and families as well as other such projects.Just remember, your getting a USB memory stick with these drawings on .... not 2900+ paper drawings in the mail!
