DESCRIPTION - Loose, No Box. One Hand Made and Hand Decorated Holiday Traditions Collection called SANTA'S TOY TESTING HN 5551. A Limited Edition of 4,500. Numbered 2323/4500. Made by Royal Doulton. Measures about 6 1/2 inches tall. Base is 7 inches left to right, and about 5 3/4 inches front to back. See pictures. Shows Santa Claus in Santa's Workshop going over his Quality List with his Elves. Elf.

Condition- While still in excellent shape to display, I notice a small ding or indentation in the gold type banner on top of Santa's list. This item is used and previously displayed so it could have some general age/wear but again still looks like a nice display piece! See pictures of the exact item. Any questions let me know.
