This charming little fellow is a 2009 ONE OF A KIND handmade creation by renown Teddy Bear/Doll Artist HEIDI STEINER. She once again tapped into her sense of whimsey when she crafted this “Patriotic Sam”, hand sewn entirely out of felt, soft stuffed with wired arms and legs, featuring a jointed head with a hand painted face with bead eyes. Both the top hat & bunting ruffed collar are vintage and he wears a festively detailed jacket, shirt and pants. He sits on an oversized soft sculpt cupcake, frosted in light blue felt with glass bead sprinkles, hand sewn & embroidered strawberries dangle around the sides with one as a topper and the cupcake cup is made of pleated polka dot cotton fabric secured with a red silk ribbon & bow. He holds a removable flag. Approx Measures: Total Height as pictured 10”, Total Width incl Berries 6”, Seated Sam without Hat 5”.
