2007 Spirit Halloween Tortured Torso - Half-man Prop Eaten by Rats:

Has some spots where the latex has gotten hard and is cracking. The main body is mostly still soft but he does have cracking throughout mainly in the thin spots like elbows and such some on neck and around base edges. I documented as much as I could in 24 pics. The good news is he still has a great appearance and would look great in any haunt he just should not be purchased if you plan to move him a lot because the hard latex will chip off and crack in more spots.
He is also a great candidate if you are keen to restore. Some liquid latex and some paint work could really extend his life especially in the elbows (I like how they look cracked adds to the overall look!). There are great YouTube videos of this process if you want to look into it.
He is sold in as is condition but I am confident I can maintain his condition in shipping. He will be bagged and padded in an appropriate sized box. (This accounts for the higher shipping)
We have had good luck moving him in a large black stretch trash bag. This spreads the weight out as he moves and gives some stretch in the bag to accommodate the hard latex in spots. He will come in a bag like this for easy removal from box.
