Yes, you will find other locks that are the Sphero-style and others that are green with the special Hulk packaging, but you will not find another GREEN 2002 Marvel Incredible Hulk Sphero Masterlock Big City Comic Book Contest Edition for sale on (and the rest of the internet as far as I can tell).
This was a promotion released along side the 2003 Ang Lee and Eric Bana Hulk movie. You were supposed to enter the code located behind the lock into a Master Lock & Marvel collaboration web site and then fill out the necessary information to receive a special edition comic. The comic goes for $40, unfortunately the website no longer exists (trust me, I tried).
