This vintage fabric is 45 inches wide, 75 inches long and features a machine embroidered border of ripe strawberries with scalloped detailing at the bottom. The design is 11 & 1/8 inches wide from the top strawberry to the bottom of the scallop. This fabric has a thin linear weave that runs parallel to the selvage and it feels like cotton or a cotton blend. There is no storage odor but I do see a small faint yellow stain that\'s 10 inches from a cut end (see close-up photo). I haven\'t tried to remove it but it may come out when you wash the material to pre-shrink before sewing. I did test the red and green using a Q-tip with plain cold water and there was no dye transfer.This fabric will be carefully packed and protected from moisture to ensure that it travels safely and the package will weigh about 15 ounces.
