Two straight pipes by ORLIK from the pre-Cadogan period (i.e. before 1980) : A large straight billiard (bowl size similar to Dunhill\'s Group 4) for the De Luxe series, and a medium sandblasted apple (bowl size similar to Dunhill\'s Group 3) for the Captain Black series. The Captain Black never had a bronze O on the stem. Both pipes are in near mint condition. The smooth has approximate length 135 mm (5.31\"), bowl height 41 mm (1.61\"), chamber depth 38 mm (1.50\"), chamber diameter 18 mm (0.71\") and weighs 39 gr (1.38 oz). Shank Marks : ORLIK DE LUXE, MADE IN ENGLAND, L23 - Stem Marks : brass O [on the upper side] The sandblasted has approximate length 138 mm (5.43\"), bowl height 38 mm (1.50\"), chamber depth 30 mm (1.18\"), chamber diameter 17 mm (0.67\") and weighs 28 gr (0.99 oz). Shank Marks : CAPTAIN BLACK, MADE IN ENGLAND, BX33 Both pipes do not take filters and have original vulcanite stems. They both have metallic stingers in their tenons.
