In this case it was burning the flag.measures 2 1/4\" inches. Rare.

BACKGROUND:The Revolutionary Communist Student Brigade (RCYB) was a radical left wing Marxist Lenninist organizationled byGregory Lee \"Joey\" Johnson. During the 1984 Republican National Convention in Dallas,Johnsonburned the United States flag to protest the policies of the Reagan Administration. Johnson was arrested and convicted, but had his conviction overturned on appeal. The State of Texas then pursued the case all the way tothe Supreme Court. In Texas v. Johnson, a five-justice majority of the court held that Johnson’s act of flag burning was protected speech under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. In an ironic twist, the courts strongly wordeddecision waswritten by conservative Justice Anthony Scalia. Many commentators have notedthat although the ultra conservativeScaliaand the radical communist Johnson disagreed on almost everything, they could still agree onsomething as important as freedom of speech.
