All of these historical documents and autographs that I am listing came out of a 19th century scrapbook that I purchased about 30 years ago. I am finally getting around to removing many of the items which includes numerous historical autographs, and paper ephemera. I have not authenticated any of these but some have information on them which will give you information on age. This sale is for a 19th century Continental Bank Note Company Trade sample. Measures about 8” by 10 1/2”. No margins. Great vignettes. The company later one the right to print numerous stamps for the US Government winning out over several other larger firms.
