When I purchased this item they had original 12v adapter plugged in and everything was working. Unfortunately they were asking more for the other with coord but it was tested and worked at time of purchase. I found another adapter but not the right one. It still plays the music with wrong adapter. So buy this either for all the peices or find adapter.
