This is a lot of 53 issues of Citizens\' Voice newspapers from 1988 to 1999. These were published in Wilkes, Barre, Pennsylvania. The dates included are:1988 (3), 1990 (4), 1991 (3), 1992 (1), 1993 (1), 1994 (7), 1995 (3), 1996 (6), 1997 (10), 1998 (9) and 1999 (6). We believe these to b complete. This lot of newspapers are in overall fair to good condition. There are some nicks, creases, and tears. Some of the pages show foxing. Please look at the photos and ask any questions you might have.
