Here is a 1987 Motion-ette, Telco Creations witch. She stands about 24 inches high, made in Taiwan.
Flaws: her left thumb is missing, broom does not appear to be original, stick on broom has been repaired, no hat.
She is electric and her head moves and her arms move, pumpkin lights up.
The electric cord measures about 48 inches, there is no on/off switch.
