Hand painted plate. Used for decoration by interior designers and hung on kitchen walls. This is more modern than not. 1980-1990s period. Ceramic plate fired and hand painted. The back states made in China and these were produced to sell to the western world. Mass-produced and no idea to trace artist. These were pieces done by the hundreds and by several different artists hired to paint whatever pattern was on for the day. Well cared for and very nicely done.
