This recent find is from the Estate of a NASA MSFC Aerospace Engineer who worked on programs from Apollo through Skylab/ Space Shuttle with details below:
- 1 Certificate with Flown Metal Coin - 8x10 certificate - 1.5" coin (Metal From 16mm Camera casing carried on SKYLAB)
- Flown Encapsulated part (Flown Piece) - DC6948 and S/N1039
- Copper Encapsulated part (Flown Piece)- M7235C-2002
- Bag of Testing/part pieces/pins - labeled 10045142-213 REV.J LOT956888 CL10/31/74 1300
- Pyrex/ Petri Dish with foam in bottom and different parts (some labeled) - IC ASSY - 7-5400-11-7006 / 0043153 (Most likely Test pieces)
- Miscellaneous part numbers - (Not sure if Flown/Used or Test Parts)
- MSFC Folder from desk of Aerospace Engineer with miscellaneous brochures, mini poster, memo, 1972 Building 4200 Skylab meeting 1st Gen photos and more.
All items are in Very Good overall condition for use and age with the certificate having some age spots on it and the top brochure with some spotting from the paperclip (Flown pieces were separate from Misc parts and had written note from previous owner stating Skylab 1/2 flown with them).
