RARE 10" wide by 7" tall 28-paged 1965 pictorial history book titled "Four Days In May. Lincoln Return to Springfield" detailing the assassination and return home of Abraham Lincoln by funeral train to Oak Ridge Cemetery in Springfield, Illinois and issued by the Sangamon County Historical Society and the Illinois State Historical Society for the 100th anniversary-Booklet has great info about the events and has many rare photos inside too-(See photos below)-The book has only minor wear and signed by original owner, Dr. Wayne C. Temple, famous Springfield Ill. Lincoln historian on the front-How cool is that? A neat vintage Lincoln item ready for display! This is an ORIGINAL item, NOT A REPRODUCTION item!
