Interesting piece of ephemera, from 1959. This small-format beginner\'s magic booklet was printed and sent to magic dealers in advance of the 1959 joint IBM-SAM Chicago convention. The back cover advises dealers to visit the Robbins booth at the convention.

The book is about 30 pages, and contains simple beginner\'s magic -- the effects and format have been used by Robbins many times over the years. But this little booklet\'s back cover advertisement gives this example some very interesting historical context.

NOTE: the poker-sized deck of cards in the photos is only there to give you a quick sense of size scale -- it is not included

CONDITION NOTES:previously owned but in excellent condition -- clean undamaged and unmarked, no bends or tears. One small dark spot over the word \"this\" on the back cover (see photo)
