Bakelite radios from the 40\'s and 50\'s without cracks are getting hard to find. This is one, a very nice Philco that is still in great condition. Radio lights up but was not receiving stations. Checked all the tubes and it needs a 7A8 the rest are good. The tuner works but the tuning cord is broke so needle does not move. Cabinet cleaned up nicely and the chassis is secure.
