Vintage circa 1950s cerused-finish oak and brass table lamp. Geometric design. Could be described as Oriental, Tiki, or Modernist.The lamp is unbranded, the parts are Leviton brand. This design has been attributed to James Mont, who showed an Asian influence in his designs, but it has also been attributed to Paul Frankl and bears some resemblance to other cerused wood designs of his and to his "skyscraper" influenced designs for furniture. Seller makes no claim to either designer. Pre-owned, with signs of age, use, and wear as shown in photos. Scuffs to wood as shown and tarnish to brass. The pieces all swivel around the central pole, so it can be configured in multiple ways. The finial flops back and forth on the harp as shown. The finial can be removed, and the harp replaced, or could be otherwise fixed. Will be shipped with the harp removed to reduce shipping dimensions.
