1950s Knox Oil ACEE Oklahoma Indians (Wood Tray, Pitcher, \"Clear found these at an estate sale. Also have the \"frosted\" set ofACEE Blue Indian glasses & plates/saucers give-aways(see My Other Items).... can make bundle deal.
Glasses measure aprox. 5 1/4\" tallTray measures aprox. 7.5\" x 27\"
HISTORY:
The famous Oklahoma Indian set of eight glasses and pitchercame out in 1959...
the year of the death ofAceeBlue Eagle. Knox Industries had commissioned Blue Eagle
toproduce eight paintings to be reproduced on tumblers. Knox Industries made theglasses
available with a 10-gallon purchase of gasoline.Today, there is a small but extremely dedicated cadre of collectors whovalue these glasses
highly for their historical significance and for theirbeauty., and the \"clear glasses\" are a bit
more \"RARE\" than the frosted glass set. The eight Indians portrayed by Blue Eagle are:

1. Pitcher has nice graphics (very good condition) -- no chips or cracks
