Estate find, from an artist collector! sale is for the figurines only.From the Mid Century 1950s, \"China Glaze\" faded paint.
Selling an entire collection from the same collector. It came with the booklet shown (NOT INCLUDED IN THE sale) to help in the identification.Made out of plaster of Paris, chalk ware was used to create inexpensive versions of decorative objects.
These comes from Quality Art and Color Co, 735 Carnegie Ave Cleveland 15, Ohio.Date on the stock list is January 1950
Chippy, shabby, chalk ware figurine.
Two babies, one sleeping, one is playing with a foot.
Good vintage condition, unpainted, structurally sound, one very small chip on the very underneath that can be smoothed. Needs cleaned has some places of discoloration.
