DescriptionTHIS IS A CD!!! SUPER DUPER EXTREMELYRARE!! January 31, 1946 Army Air Forces issued Final Report of the McDonnell XP-67 Moonbat Experimental Fighter Airplane, AAF Technical Report 5412, 35 pages including cardstock covers SCANNED ON CD FROM MY ORIGINAL REPORT, NOT FROM A REPRINT OR BOOTLEGGED FROM SOMEONE ELSE! Please view the attached SCANS for a sample of the content and SCAN quality! This report was produced by the AAF specifically for the XP-67 aircraft! The XP-67 was a long range, twin engine, single seat intercepter built by newcomer McDonnell Aircraft during WWII! It was powered with IX-1430-17,-19 liquid cooled engines which gave the aircraft many problems with fires and cooling issues. The aircraft never met AAF expectations of performance and the sole prototype was destroyed by fire on September 6,1944, which cancelled the project. The aircraft was actually a very advanced design but it just had too many problems. This report is chocked full of VERY RARE information that you will never see ANYWHERE!!
