It\'s a solid plate w/some surface rusting, over which repaint was done. Pretty straight, minor rippling along edges, couldn\'t see any extra holes when held to light. Photos show some light reflection.

GENERAL WAY I TRY TO DO THINGS:

* I take pictures to try to give you a best look at what you will be receiving. Please contact me before you buy if you have questions. I really only want satisfied buyers. Montana\'s cold and darkening weather sometimes forces us to take photos with indoor lighting, leaving pictures slightly fuzzy at times and some with a little yellowing and/or reflecting shine.

* I generally ship via first classmail with delivery confirmation to U.S. buyers, usually within 2 days ofconfirmed payment (I occasionally get called out of town). If item does not qualify for first class, Imight use Priority Mail, Media Mail or Parcel Post, depending upon item andweight. If possible by shape and type ofitems, I can combine shipping on my items bought in the same period. Please make sure your & PayPalaccount address provided is the one to which you want items shipped – I have nochoice but to ship to the address provided to ensure that the transaction isfulfilled by /PayPal policy. Whenoffered internationally, I apply a flat-rate shipping/handling charge. If you have questions about shipping ratesoutside the U.S., please contact me before you offer. And please know I do not falsify custom forms, so take thisinto account if your country enforces a duty fee, tax or tariff.

* Please pay within 7 days of purchase orcontact me if you are planning to purchase more items that can be grouped inone shipment. If you are buying platesat the same time from plates2sell (my husband, Carl Rieckmann), we can combinethose shipments also with anything you buy from me. I am platesgalore.

* Normally, I do not accept returns,but if you have a reason, please contact me prior to returning an item. Returnshipping will be paid by buyer, unless a description discrepancy isevident.

* If license plate(s), all plates are sold forcollection purposes only & are not to be used on a vehicleunlessallowed and properly registered by the issuing state, many of whichhave Year-of-Manufacture licensing laws that enable use of plates from the sameyear as the vehicle’s birth.
