1943 Coca Cola WWII Armed Services Plane Advertisement: $20.00
Offered is a 1943 illustration Coca-Cola commissioned by artist William John Heaslip (1898-1970) of WWII armed forces planes. This is a Waco Glider, a more RARE find. The picture gives the type of plane, the armed forces it was used by, and what it was used for. This was designed to be displayed in public places where Coca-Cola was sold. Referred to as \'a hanger\', most had a hanger on the back so it could be immediately displayed. Considering that it was displayed in diners, cafes and similar places, it is in very good condition. A wonderful piece of history and a great piece for den or cabin and a great conversation piece and a meaningful lesson for children and adults. This will be mailed in large \'stay flat\' kraft board mailer which is a custom size and more costly. I have more of these items and can combine shipping if more than one is purchased. Being sold as pictured. Thank you for your interest.
