Here is a guest card issued by the Paradise Falls Association in Paradise Falls, Pennsylvania to Mr. B. Winfield who stayed in room number 53 from 9/3 to 9/7 of 1942. The card is decorated with two branches of a fir tree with pinecones on either side of the words GUEST CARD. I did some research and the only Paradise Falls I could find was Paradise Falls Lutheran Association started in 1922. I saw signs in reading the history of this association that just read Paradise Falls Association, so perhaps this is the one Mr. B. Winfield was staying at. It is still in business today, located in the Pocono Mountains. The card has been sealed in mylar with double sided tape, but there are rough edges and corners and spots on the back of it. Looks like a crease across the center of the card and some peeled areas on the front. Still a nice piece of local history. Postage will be 4.40 to the U. S.IF OUTSIDE THE U.
