Obviously a easement, which still looks like it exists today. On reverse is hand written notes from the owner of the land. Dated 1942.In good condition, please examine photos. Some crinkling and wear to base of page.Being an original receipt or invoice, more than 80 years old, there may be some wear to the edges.
