This Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer Hand Warmer Muff is a rare find! Very rare Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer Bunny Fur Hand Warmer Muff to keep a little boy or girl\'s hands warm.
From the 1940s-
Made of white rabbit fur with a celluloid face. Has a cord to hang around the neck.Measures about 8\" wide and 6\" high.
The reference to a brand name on the box is that it does say \"(c) Robert L. May\" who created the character Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer in 1939.
He owned his own company and due to the popularity of Rudolph, hundreds of products were produced with the little reindeer\'s likeness.
This would have been one of those products created and loved by little girls.Muff is in good condition. Rudolph\'s face has a small dent in his nose.
The box is in poor condition with one end completely gone.
