The Safe Driving Certificate Card was awarded to a commercial truck driver in the employ of The Telling-Belle Vernon Company for the period 4/2/1940 to 4/2/1942 in recognition of his accident-free job performance. The company was formed over one hundred years ago, and was long a favorite in the Cleveland, Ohio area for its milk, ice cream and dairy products.
