Original Magazine Page - “The Studio on the Dunes\' in Southampton was designed by Archibald M. Brown as a beach house for himself & his wife. Mrs. Brown was the president of McMillen, Inc. and designed the interior decor. Text describes the house and the interior furnishings. It was destroyed in the Great Hurricane of 1938. CONDITION: Minimal/light age toning and handling wear. Carefully removed from magazine, rough edge trimmed; suitable for framing. Shade (tone) may be slightly different from the photo. Non-smoking home.
