Letter dated Kansas City Missouri Apr 7, 1937. It relates that Mr. Mills of the Kansas City Southern notes the G&NA are demanding too high of a freight cost, 5-1/2cts, for the few miles to Ashdown. This would only leave 6-1/2ct for the long haul from Ashdown to Pittsburg, Kansas. Efforts would be made to work out something with Mr. Norden of the Frisco.Guaranteed genuine as described.
