Here is a great sales brochure from The Brooks Systems, Inc in Elkhart, Indiana, circa 1936 (undated) ~ 4 pages (including the covers).
This no doubt was a small operation . . . they had been in business since 1912 at this time and the President was John A. Brooks.
This brochure was with a new home planning publication.
By this time, the company had expanded their operations . . .
“Today Brooks Systems are providing the moisture for thousands of public and private lawns in all parts of the United States. Orange groves in Florida are watered and protected from frost . . . The lawns surrounding many of the public buildings in Washington, D. C. and in a great many other cities are Brooks equipped . . .

DETAILS: Original Softcover Sales brochure published in circa 1936 undated , 8 1/2” x 11”, 4 pgs. CONDITION: This is in excellent condition – clean and crisp – no marks or writing – the colors are as bright as the day it was published! This catalog was part of a larger bound set and has been disbound from that set and shows some minor cover edge wear where is was attached with string.
