The interior booklet is dated 1936 and the outer cover is specifically representing the Warren, PA VFW Post 631, and dated 1940/41. A great little reminder of U.S. flag etiquette and the local Warren, PA VFW post.

Pre-owned, handled, used, discolored, and with a 1 1/2" tear of the spine of the added cover at the bottom. The booklet inside the cover is undamaged.
