I bought an almost complete set from a very dedicated and meticulous collector who undertook the enormous challenge of collecting each stamp of the over 1700 in the set.He had to buy each and every Picture Show Magazine from 1931-1935.Then he cut out the strip of 7 stamps issued in each edition.He then cut each stamp separately and mounted each one in a row of 7 on. plain cardboard ..each row represented the 7 stamps in that one magazine.
As you can imagine there are many unknown stars in this set.I will select some of the better known ones and sell them individually..they are obviously glued onto the cardboard backing and can be graded this way.Yes PSA does allow grading of sets of Stamps sold in newspapers or magazines...many such examples exist.
