In this image, Tim Birkin\'s single seater 4,442 cc \"Blower\" Bentley is leading the race, with the 7,940 cc Panhard of George Eyston close behind. High on the banking behind the Panhard is John Cobb\'s 10.7 litre Delage, leading (albeit briefly) the larger Grand Prix Delage driven by Earl Howe. PLEASE NOTE: Any appearance of bowing is due to distortion from the camera—the print is perfectly straight and square.Crosby deftly captures the raw power of these \"heavies\" in motion, and the steep banking of the Brooklands track. As published in the 1978 edition of the book, The Art of Gordon Crosby, beautifully rendered on a smooth, satin-finished stock. Would look beautiful framed. Print is in gorgeous, mint condition.
