\"1932-1935 Warroad and Area\" is a 60 page pamphlet created by Alvin (Ole) Swanson, John Heneman and Charley Pryor and documents the significant happenings in the town of Warroad, MN, one year at a time. Specific people and events were included and the pamphlet provides a rich history about the area in Roseau County at the southwest corner of Lake of the Woods in far northern MN near the Canadian border. Complementary copies were provided by the Security State Bank of Warroad, which was established in 1912. The usual events like weddings, funerals, high school football and hockey games were listed as well as unusual comments like from 1932, \"rates were so low at the Oliver and Oliver laundry it didn\'t pay you to do your own washing\". On the last page in 1935 a sister of one of the local doctors was visiting from Germany and \"could not understand why Americans did not trust Adolf Hitler. She went on to say that Hitler had done so many wonderful things for Germany\".
