The outside of book itself is in rough shape from age as well as pages (pages are crumbling and badly yellowed). Back cover is separated from book. A few of the items (mostly cards) have become detached and some may be missing from original collection as evidenced from a glue spot (see photos). The collection inside, although showing some wear and age, is AMAZING! Almost 60 pages with items on each side. So many artists represented, as well as many holiday cards from several holidays, poems and advertisement pictures. There are so many more pictures that could not fit on this listing! I would recommend removing pictures from scrapbook paper to better preserve. The pictures could possibly be used for frameable art (or possible decoupaged onto canvas) for a nursery, kitchen, childrens\' rooms or other rooms of the home. A wonderful collection!
