A 1930s/ 1940s Scottish Terrier Dog statue in a black and white crackle glaze finish with gold accents. Gold highlights present on dog’s ears, eyes, face/ whiskers, and paws. The Scottish Terrier was a popular dog breed in the 1930s and 1940s due to President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s dog, Fala. The Scottie Dog was a popular design motif during this time period, and can be seen on a variety of home goods.Unmarked. Exact date of production unknown.Overall good condition with a repair to the left ear, and light signs of age and wear to the body of the statue. Markings:

- Signs of the ear repair is most noticeable on the back of the ear
