Vintage 1928 Brochure / Booklet from the NATIONAL REFINING CO. (also called EN-AR-CO) of Cleveland, Ohio This is a VINTAGE item, not a reproduction, and is in VERY NICE VINTAGE CONDITION! My father was a mechanic, and this is from his repair shop, where it has been stored for many years. Measures approximately 6 1/4 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches across, and features 16 pages (not including the covers).It's printed in red and black ink, and is in REALLY NICE vintage condition for a paper item that is almost 100 years old!
Has a lot of jokes, mostly pertaining to vegetables!!, and charts and information about auto maintenance and so forth. Looks like the jokes are on the left-side pages, and the auto maintenance information is on the right-side pages. Lots of cute VINTAGE GRAPHICS.
Has ads for WHITE ROSE GASOLINE. There is a page saying that if you enclose 4 cents worth of stamps, they will mail you Bridge Score Pads for Adults, or alternatively, an Auto Game for Children (page 5; photo #7)!CONDITION: No missing paper, no tears or folds. The back cover has some hand-writing (seems to be in pencil, so could possibly be erased). The front cover has a TINY hole that is not really noticeable because it lines up with the center of a flower! See last 2 photos (outside view and inside view), where the pen is pointing (and dark spots in these photos are camera shadows). I did not see any other condition issues.Comes to you from a smoke-free environment.
