You are offerding on a genuine vintage dated 1928 Silvered Bronze RALLYE PAU (France) 1928 Automobile Medallion. It is made as shown just below the automobile \"A.Augis\" one of the finer French Jewelers ever with a history that dates back to 1830. Alphonse Augis took over the company in 1896 from his Father and \"branded\" his products \"A Augis\". This is High End Automobile Memorabilia. It blends fine European Artisan Craftsmanship into the passion of an automobile. Very few Auto Enthusiasts have such an item in their collection. This one is even rare in France. Today in America for participating in Car Shows and Rallyes you are given a thin tin \"Dash Plaque\". Things were different in Pre-War France. You had to have been a participant in Pau to get one of these. Pau is known to be one Frances\'s most picturesque cities, in a class by itseld, much the same as this medaille (medal). It measures 1-3/4\" Diameter and is 1/8\" Thick. Excellent Condition. I believe the value of this one is much more than what is listed here for here. It is a high-end sale piece.
