This is an original 1927 United States War Department Technical Regulations manual on the construction of small-bore target ranges.   This manual is 19 pages plus a blank page at the end measuring about 6” x 9”.    This manual is titled: 

TR 1340-B 1. – Training Regulations No. 1340-B  War Department Washington, December 12, 1927 – TARGETS Construction Of Small Bore Target Ranges  

This manual was prepared by the Chief of Ordnance and has diagram illustrations and drawings with sections covering types of small bore ranges, site selection, safety precautions and more.    This manual is a vintage original issued by the United States War Department in 1927.   This manual is fully complete and intact with some toning from age, dust staining and light wear.  Overall condition is very good.  Email any questions.  Thanks for looking.
