The photographer coordinated 650 military personnel, having them stand in the shape of a horse head. The saddle horse ridden by Major Frank G. Brewer, “the Devil”, was the inspiration for the horse head. The photo was taken on a tall tower, with the amount of people adjusted toward the back of the formation for perspective. The participant in the photo were members of Auxiliary Remount Depot 326. This interesting photo is printed in sepia tone, and framed under glass in reclaimed wood.
