For the time I shall write to one part in English and one part in French but the next time I shall write you as you prefer. I think that is a necessary I should introduce myself to you. I hope that every letter we shall write to each other we shall know ourself better. Like you I am 17 years old I have my father and my mother a sister and a brother I live of the House of my father who is contractor. My sister is 15 years old. She is going to school my brother is 9 years old. At home I continue my lessons of piano. I am very glad to know your sister is studying music at the New England Conservatory of Boston because I like music very much. Does your sister play violin or piano? Do you study also music?
I also like to paint very much. I paint Landscapes and flowers so if you like I shall send you one of my paintings. If I\'m not asking too much I would like to have one of your photos and I will send you one of mine as soon as they are ready as yesterday I had my photo taken. Now, Dear Miss Miriam if this was in French it would be composed better than it is as I am only learning English and I am trying my best to write in English.
